Overview

This website is operated by OmniPrint d.b.a. Honor Printing + Design ("Honor," "we," "us"). By using printwithhonor.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and quotes

Prices on the site and in quotes are in U.S. dollars. Quotes are good for 30 days unless we say otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order if a price or product was listed in error; if we do, we'll refund anything you paid.

Proofs and approval

We send a proof before printing. You are responsible for reviewing it. Once you approve a proof, we print it as approved. Colors on screen can look different from printed colors, and small color variations between print runs are normal.

Your artwork and content

By sending us logos, photos, text or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse to print content we believe is unlawful or infringing.

Our designs

Designs we create for you are yours to use once your order is paid in full. We may keep your files on hand so reorders are easy.

Payment

Online orders are paid at checkout. For quoted work, we may ask for a deposit or full payment before production begins.

Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times start once your proof is approved and payment is received. Delivery dates are estimates; we're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
