Which sizes can go Every Door Direct Mail?
EDDM Retail pieces have to be a "flat": more than 10 1/2 inches long, or more than 6 1/8 inches high, or more than 1/4 inch thick, and no more than 3.3 ounces (USPS rules).

How an Every Door Direct Mail job works with us.
- Pick the area. Choose an address, neighborhood, ZIP code or area. USPS shows how many homes are on each carrier route.
- Set the count. The route total sets the print quantity. EDDM Retail allows 200 to 5,000 pieces per day per ZIP code.
- Design at a size that qualifies. We design the mailer at an EDDM size, with the "Postal Customer" line and the postage mark where USPS wants them.
- Approve the proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. Check every date, time and address.
- We print and process it. We take care of the printing, bundling, processing and delivery to USPS.
- It lands in every mailbox. Your piece is delivered to every address on the routes you picked.

What is Every Door Direct Mail?
EDDM is a USPS program that delivers one piece to every address on the carrier routes you choose. You pick routes on a map instead of buying a list, and every piece is addressed to "Postal Customer". Our EDDM guide walks through it step by step.
Can 4 x 6 postcards go EDDM?
No. EDDM Retail pieces must be more than 10 1/2 inches long or more than 6 1/8 inches high. A 6.25" x 9" mailer is the smallest common size that qualifies. Our postcards are great for mailing to your own list or handing out.
Does a nonprofit or church rate apply?
Not with EDDM Retail. USPS rules exclude Retail flats from Nonprofit prices, even with a nonprofit mailing authorization.
What do you need from me to quote it?
The area you want to reach, about how many homes and the week you want it in mailboxes. A logo or design helps but isn't required.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. We design the mailer at a size that qualifies and send you a proof to approve before anything prints.
How fast can you mail it?
Tell us the week you want it in mailboxes. We'll give you a timeline with your quote or proof. USPS delivers EDDM as Marketing Mail, which has no guaranteed delivery date, so build in some slack.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Send your logo, even an old JPG, and tell us what you need. For a reasonable fee, our designers build every piece to match and send you a proof to approve before anything prints.
How fast can you print for my date?

Do you ship to other states?
Yes. Ground shipping is free on orders shipped within the continental US. For anywhere else, we'll include shipping in your quote.
