The backwall is the biggest piece in the booth and the first thing people see from the aisle. Here's how the four options compare.

Before you order

Six things to settle first, so everything fits the space the show gives you.

  1. Confirm your space. Ask the show organizer for your booth size (10' x 10' is the most common) and whether it is inline, a corner or outdoors.
  2. Ask about the table. Find out what size table the show provides. Our covers fit 4', 6' and 8' tables, and a closed back hides the boxes underneath.
  3. Check the show's sign rules. Some halls limit how tall a display can be or where signs can stand. Ask before you pick a backwall.
  4. Gather your artwork. A vector logo (PDF, AI or EPS) is best. If all you have is a JPG or an old banner, send it anyway and we'll help.
  5. Tell us your show date. We'll give you a timeline with your quote or proof. Have a hard deadline? Call or text (404) 939-7137.
  6. Plan what people take home. Business cards, postcards or a sign-up card. Bring more than you think you'll need.

    What do I need for a 10' x 10' trade show booth?

    Plan on a backwall (a 10' fabric pop-up display or an 8' x 8' backdrop), a printed table cover sized to the show's table, one or two retractable banners and plenty of business cards or postcards. Outdoors, add a printed tent and feather flags.

    Should I get a pop-up display or retractable banners?

    A pop-up display fills the whole back of the booth with one seamless graphic, so it looks finished from the aisle. Retractable banners cost less, set up in a minute and travel easily, which makes them the better first purchase for a tabletop booth. Many booths use a pop-up behind and a retractable banner up front.

    What size table cover do I need?

    Match the cover to the table the show gives you. Our throws and fitted covers come for 4', 6' and 8' tables, and stretch covers for 6' and 8'. Pick a closed back if people will walk behind the table; an open back lets you reach supplies underneath.

    What file types can I upload?

    PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG. Vector files (PDF, AI or EPS) print sharpest at large sizes. No file yet? Order anyway or request a quote, and we'll help you get it ready.

    Can you design it for me?

    Yes. Send your logo, even an old JPG, and tell us what you need. For a reasonable fee, our designers build every piece to match and send you a proof to approve before anything prints.

    How fast can you print for my date?

    Tell us your date when you ask for a quote. We'll give you a timeline with your quote or proof and tell you honestly what's possible. Have a hard deadline? Call or text (404) 939-7137.

    Do you ship to other states?

    Yes. Ground shipping is free on orders shipped within the continental US. For anywhere else, we'll include shipping in your quote.

    Can I add a whole setup to my cart?

    Yes. Each example setup has an “Add this setup to cart” button. You can upload artwork for each piece right there, or skip it and email your files to info@printwithhonor.com with your order number after checkout. In the cart you can change quantities or remove a piece.
