Both. Honor has designers on staff, so you can send us a Canva file, a Word doc, or nothing at all. We'll design from scratch, adapt what you have, or print exactly what you send us. Design is usually bundled into the quote rather than billed separately.

Yes. Our standard pricing already reflects the fact that nearly all of our customers are churches, schools, and non-profits — we don't run a separate retail tier with markup baked in.

Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are best — they scale cleanly with no quality loss. High-resolution PNG (300 dpi at print size) works for photographic pieces. If you only have a JPG from your old logo designer, send it anyway — our art team can redraw it.
