Before you order

Six things to settle first, so everything works on the day.

  1. Know your space and surface. Ask the organizer for your spot size and whether it's grass or pavement. Grass takes the spike base; pavement needs the X-base.
  2. Ask about tent rules. Some events require tents to be weighted down or limit how tall flags can be. Ask before you order.
  3. Plan for wind. Our feather flags are rated for 18-23 mph winds. On a gusty day, take flags down early.
  4. Pick the art for each tent side. The tent prints on all four sides, with the same art or different art on each. Most people put the name on the front and back.
  5. Gather your artwork. A vector logo (PDF, AI or EPS) is best. If all you have is a JPG, send it anyway and we'll help.
  6. Tell us your event date. We'll give you a timeline with your quote or proof. Have a hard deadline? Call or text (404) 939-7137.

    What do I need for an outdoor event booth?

    Most booths start with a printed 10' x 10' tent or a table with a printed cover, then add one or two feather flags people see from the road and an A-frame sign at the walkway. Bring business cards or postcards for the people who stop.

    Spike or X-base for feather flags?

    Use the spike base on grass or dirt. Use the X-base on pavement, concrete or indoor floors. The spike comes with every flag; the X-base is an option on the product page.

    Can each side of the tent be different?

    Yes. The tent is printed full color on all four sides, with the same art on every side or different art on each.

    Which table cover works best outside?

    A stretch cover secures under the table legs, so it stays tight in a breeze. A throw drapes loosely to the ground, and a closed back hides the boxes under the table.

    Can you design it for me?

    Yes. Send your logo, even an old JPG, and tell us what you need. For a reasonable fee, our designers build every piece to match and send you a proof to approve before anything prints.

    How fast can you print for my date?

    Tell us your date when you ask for a quote. We'll give you a timeline with your quote or proof and tell you honestly what's possible. Have a hard deadline? Call or text (404) 939-7137.

    Do you ship to other states?

    Yes. Ground shipping is free on orders shipped within the continental US. For anywhere else, we'll include shipping in your quote.

    Can I add a whole setup to my cart?

    Yes. Each example setup has an “Add this setup to cart” button. You can upload artwork for each piece right there, or skip it and email your files to info@printwithhonor.com with your order number after checkout. In the cart you can change quantities or remove a piece.
